House is located in the picturesque village of Dicmo, on the magnificent Dalmatian coast, only 18 km from the sea, 20 km from town of Split and 32 km from Resnik airport. The architecture of the villa with the shady large terrace overlooking the pool area, surrounded by mediterranean macchia and flowers, gives you the feeling of being a part of the natural paradise. Guests staying here will appreciate the lovely country setting and peaceful surroundings. With 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toillets, additional garden bathroom, spacious terrace and living room the accommodation caters perfectly for couples, families and friends sharing. There is a 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with pool house and garden bathroom, sun beds, large terrace for open air dining and barbeque. Each room has a double bed for two persons, a sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for two extra people. Vila don't have air conditioning but big stone walls will make your days and nights very pleasant.

For those arriving by car, parking for 6 cars and garage for one car is included in the price. The nearest exit from highway is Dugopolje (5 km). Others who have a desire to go a little longer along the sea way and visit Makarska (60 km), Međugorije (120 km) or Rogoznica and Sibenik (50 km).

Villa is 5 min walking from post office, medical office, supermarkets, coffee bars and bus station, 10 min from resturants, petrol station (0-24) and playgrounds. Also in area of 20 km we can organise for you trips and activities like; paragliding, airsoft, paintball, kayaking, rafting and lots of sea activities.
