The 4th Sinj Rural Products Fair will be held 1st – 3rd August 2013 at Dr Franjo Tuđman Square.

This year we are expecting 30 to 40 exhibitors, mostly from the Split – Dalmatia County, who are going to present their authentic products at the Fair. The 4th Sinj Rural Products Fair is going to last for three days. The opening ceremony takes place on Thursday, 1st August, at 8.45 p.m., and the cultural programme includes the performances of the St Luke Klapa, the Association for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage of the Cetina Region and the Cultural Club Sinj (KUD Sinj). In addition to an occasional ethno programme, the Darkvud band is going to give a concert at the end of the evening.

Together with the exhibitors, on the first day of the Fair the Craftsmen Association Sinj is organising both the presentation and tasting of the traditional dishes of Sinj and the Cetina region. The first day is sponsored by the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts – County Chamber Split. The Uštipci of Sinj Preparation Contest (''Prvenstvo svita u pečenju sinjskog uštipka'') takes place on the second day at 7 p.m., and the awarding ceremony on the last day of the 4th Sinj Rural Products Fair.

The aim of this cultural event is to preserve the traditions of the Croatian village, but also to promote and sell the authentic products.
