9th national fair of prosciutto ham and Dry-Cured Meat Products with International Participation

We wish to inform you that on 12-13 April 2014 the 9th National Fair of Prosciutto Ham and Dry-Cured Meat Products with International Participation will be held at the Alkar Hotel in Sinj. Thus we invite you to join the event.

Apart from its promotional and evaluation character, the 2014 Fair will also be of educational character. Producers will be given information on topical issues and the importance of authentic products with an emphasis on dry-cured meat products. They will also be informed about stimulation and funding programmes of governmental and other institutions.
