Press Conference Held on the Occasion of Presentation of the ''Total Inland Dalmatia'' Tourism Web Portal
On Friday, 13 June 2014, the Split-Dalmatia County Tourist Board held a press conference at Park hotel in Split, on the occasion of the presentation of the new project, the ''Total Inland Dalmatia'' project.
The ''Total Inland Dalmatia'' new tourism web portal will present rich tradition and unspoilt nature of the Dalmatian hinterland. The Project is supported by the Ministry of Tourism through the ''Innovative Tourism'' programme, and initiated by the English blogger Paul Bradbury and the Town of Sinj Tourist Board.
On the new portal, bloggers will publish several quality articles daily. About four thousand articles in English are expected to be published annually, where you will be able to find out detailed information and interesting features about locations in the Dalmatian hinterland as well as information about events.
The aim of the Project is to promote the overall tourist and catering offer of the Dalmatian hinterland through the creation and implementation of measures which will finally position the towns of Sinj, Vrlika, Trilj, Imotski and Vrgorac as well as municipalities of Dugopolje and Klis as desirable destinations.
The participants in the Project include: Town of Vrlika Tourist Board, Town of Sinj Tourist Board, Town of Trilj Tourist Board, Town of Imotski Tourist Board, Town of Vrgorac Tourist Board, Municipality of Dugopolje Tourist Board and Municipality of Klis Tourist Board. The ''Total Inland Dalmatia'' Project has also been greatly supported by the Split-Dalmatia County Tourist Board.
