Sinj will host the traditional 19th Sinj half marathon and the 5th division of the Croatian road league junior 5km Cup on Sunday, 24 April 2016.

The start and the finish of the above mentioned races will be in front of the Piccadilly Club, starting at 09:30.

The annual Sinj half marathon is being held for the 19th time. Over 200 contestants from Croatia, as well as neighboring Bosnia and Herzegovina, are expected.

The HAS-certified track is straight and fast-paced, moving from Sinj – Airfield – Troglav – Otok – Troglav through Sinj field and town. Judges from the Split Athletic Association (Zbor atletskih sudaca Split) will be in charge of measuring time.

Contestants can register and pick up their starting numbers in front of Piccadilly Club (start-finish of the race) on Sunday, 24 April between 7:45 and 9:00.

After the finish of the race and a brief rest, the winner announcement and award ceremony will be held at 12:30, followed by lunch for all participants.
