This is the first tourist brochure containing the entire museum and gallery offers of our town. It is printed in both Croatian and English. In it you will find: the archaeological collection of Sinj Franciscan monastery continuously active from 1860 – and one of five collections of the Franciscan monastery – the museum of the Cetinska krajina region, celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, the newly opened modern multimedia Museum of Sinj Alka with a record-breaking visitor number, and finally the Sikirica Gallery containing works of academically trained sculptor Stipe Sikirica who donated his entire life’s work to the town of Sinj. Apart from important information about the museums and the gallery explaining the significance of their collections, contained in this brochure are information about their working hours, guides and contacts.

This publication is of great significance because it depicts valuable cultural and historical heritage of Sinj, aiming to develop interest among visitors, as well as to bring a level of social awareness to cultural heritage and its significance in general. The brochure will be promoted and distributed in fairs.
